Our real estate office is looking for a talented person to join our team.
The Call Coordinator/Director of First Impressions has a high level of customer service skills via the phone and in person as well as computer/office equipment skills. This is a full time position that requires the right candidate to have a strong SERVICE background, excellent COMMUNICATION skills, a high understanding of TECHNOLOGY, amazing ORGANIZATIONAL skills, and the willingness to be part of a TEAM! This position will primarily service our Locust Grove location, but will also service our location in Stockbridge.

Job Description: The Call Coordinator/Director of First Impressions is the first impression our clients experience and a key person for supporting the clients, vendors, and agents within our market center. This individual will direct high level of incoming calls, help manage office calendar, data entry, audits, and more. Strong capacity to follow a task list while answering phones and greeting visitors. Proficiency with Microsoft office products to include Excel and Publisher and Google applications for business use.
