Receptionist/Outreach Coordinator

The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of college-level admissions experience, preferably in the vocational education field. As the Outreach Coordinator, you will represent the school and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the surrounding community. You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.

You will also oversee our front desk, we are seeking a candidate with a good attitude, good communication skills, accuracy, and ability to multi-task at our front desk.

The receptionist is needed to manage the front help desk. Duties include:

  • Assisting students in admissions and enrollment processes,
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Data entry, making copies, completing additional tasks assigned by staff
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, great at communication, and a quick learner.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent the institution in a positive manner by acting as the first point of contact.
  • Record all relevant activities, including daily telephone calls, appointments, and enrollments.
  • Participate in referral events, community outreach events, and third-party visits in order to generate inquiries.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Experience with CampusVue is a plus but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in database systems, planning, management, and decision making
  • Must demonstrate excellently customer service and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Title IV regulations and regulatory compliance preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
