The primarily role & responsibility of the of the Recreational Therapist is:

• Lead daily therapeutic groups (creative arts, mindfulness, bouldering, team building, yoga, etc.) for our students as they rotate through our basecamp.

• Build and foster relationships with students as well as group staff.

• Participate in treatment team meetings as a member of the treatment team.

• Complete group notes in a timely and orderly manner.

• Develop the RT curriculum to best meet the needs of the students at Trails Carolina.

• Assist with crisis as needed and available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
