Essential Job Functions:

This will be a full-time position. You may be required to travel up to 10% of the time. Your general responsibilities, under the supervision of the Touring Operations Manager, will include:

  • Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels across the teams
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
  • Spread the Fever Projects message through attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

Job Specific Requirements:

  • Obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position: from beginning to end, you master the hiring process and prove that you are a valuable asset to the company.
  • Independent and self-driven: your organizational skills and remarkable determination mean that high-volume hiring doesn’t phase you.
  • Inquisitive nature: being analytical and creative helps you to find talent for any role.
  • Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting.
  • Eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience, preferably including in-house within similar live performances including but not limited to theater productions, immersive experiences, festivals, and live events or related industry players.
  • A degree in Business, Psychology, Law or similar field
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model and operations more specifically with new ventures and Fever Projects
  • Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships
  • Prior experience working in events, immersive experiences, theater, etc. and knowledge of the roles involved in bringing a production to an audience is a must.
