SUMMARY:
The Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and the Human Resource department with processing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and managing new hire onboarding. This role will be providing support for all administrative functions associated with full-cycle recruiting.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the process of updating and maintaining job descriptions. Manages the job posting and advertisement processes, including partnering with Marketing to ensure our Social Media presence and website are depicting strong career opportunities at RIMI.
Assist Talent Acquisition Business Partner in sourcing and recruiting passive candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Manages the interviewing and selection process. Screens applications, conducts initial phone screen and selects qualified candidates for interview. Recommends candidates to interview with the hiring manager. Utilizes Applicant Tracking System to maintain all applicant data in a timely and up to date manner
Schedule interviews with candidates for Talent Acquisition Business Partner and management team
Assist in the process of onboarding new employees with ATS and HRIS system. Manages strong communication with future employee during entire onboarding process, and ensures onboarding is completed in a timely manner. Provides support to HR team with Orientation & Compliance Training of new hires.
Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to establish networks to build relationships with candidates, agencies, schools, and associations to attract diverse quality talent. Attends and participates in college job fairs, community events and recruiting sessions.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

EXPERIENCE:
2+ years prior experience working in an HR department
1+ years of Recruitment experience
1+ years of experience pipelining and sourcing candidates
1+ utilization of Applicant Tracking System and HRIS
