Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of full lifecycle manufacturing recruiting for multiple locations through all stages of the talent acquisition process including:
    • Marketing open positions via social media, job boards, via community partners, etc.
    • Sourcing & screening candidates with a focus on quality, quantity, and diversity
    • Leverage and further develop existing recruiting tools like resume databases, job boards, hiring events, referral programs, etc.
    • Develop and maintain effective community partnerships with high schools, trade schools, workforce development organizations, etc.
  • Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with hiring managers and site HR contacts on hiring needs, sourcing strategies, talent selection, and onboarding.
  • Deliver an engaging candidate and hiring manager experience through all phases of the recruiting process.
  • Utilize data and insights to uncover continuous improvement opportunities and/or new initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team. This includes sharing key insights and data with the business unit leaders to aid in their decision making.
  • Leverage recruiting expertise to challenge and influence stakeholders to help ensure that hiring activities are both timely and effective.
  • Represent the Talent Acquisition team on company initiatives or projects that influence recruiting success.
  • Travel expectations 10% - 20%
  • Position is located in Decatur, Indiana, but could allow the flexibility of a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote work schedule.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of recruiting experience supporting a manufacturing environment
  • Proven capability in effectively managing concurrent hiring, priorities, and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle, without impacting delivery quality and timeliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience with successfully partnering with hiring managers, HR, and leaders
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a less structured environment
  • Experience using recruiting technologies (e.g. ATS) and direct sourcing tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus
