Basic Function: Responsible for the intake, registration and scheduling of new patients to SRM. This position also must work in concert with multiple departments to ensure effective operational flow and to maximize new patient intake opportunities.

- Responsible for all incoming referrals and web leads. This includes HSG, SA, IUI only, and all new patient referral requests. Employee will contact referring provider with additional information needed in order to accurately contact potential new patient.
- Ensure that referrals are addressed per SOP.
- Schedule appointments and send appropriate patient information.
- Registration of new patients in accordance with policy and procedure. Follows new patient protocol and initiates initial call and follow up calls.
- Contact HSG referrals to discuss protocol for cycle timing. Inform potential patient of how to contact office when day 1 is noted.
- Ensures data integrity by accurately inputting patient data in Salesforce, Nextgen, and Artworks. This includes patient and partner demographics, insurance information, and inquiry source if applicable.
- Add new referring provider, clinic accounts and contact information to Salesforce when one is received.
- Work directly with marketing team on updates that may include: Referring MD updates, updates to forms and reports as needed to ensure accurate reporting.
- Reports feedback to physician liaisons regarding provider needs and concerns.
- Contact referring provider for diagnostic testing referral if patient calls and referral has not been received (SA/HSG/IUI)
- Ability to embrace change and promote teamwork and program growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year experience working in office setting, Medical background a plus.
- Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc)
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Reside and work in Washington State

Per Governor Inslee's Proclamation 21-14.1 , employees of higher education and healthcare institutions must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than October 18, 2021 unless a medical or religious exemption is approved. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual is at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. As a condition of employment, newly hired employees will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination.
