Duties:

The refrigerant Pipe Technician is responsible for the installation and assembly of the complete refrigeration system. They are responsible for ensuring site safety is maintained to the highest standard, ensuring a quality installation of every joint installed. They must act professionally and respectfully with team members when dealing with the client, vendors, subcontractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe working environment while delivering first-class mechanical systems, maintaining customer satisfaction and quality workmanship

Required to perform code-compliant brazing that exceeds industry standards for pressure tests and evacuation.

Responsible for quality control of all required testing and installations.

Lead by example Ensure pipe and fittings are installed per the coordination/shop drawings into the final place.

Perform position brazing as needed to provide a complete installation

Good time management skills and organizational skills.

• Ideal candidates must have the desire to learn, succeed, be able to set goals, meet deadlines, be a self-starter, and able to pass a background / drug test.

May work with or around typical construction materials and chemicals that require knowledge of safety data sheets.
