About OptimalShip:

OptimalShip is a DHL Express wholesale provider. Our Regional Account Managers work with small to medium-sized, businesses in every industry that ship internationally, to qualify them to use DHL Express shipping with our wholesale discount rates.

We utilize the strengths of each of our team members to build success in the office. Every new rep starts on one of our Lead Generation teams to learn about the industry and the business. After two weeks working and training with a Lead Generation team, each rep has the opportunity to join the Closer, Account Development, or Social Media Sales teams, or to begin training as a Team Lead. Leadership opportunities always exist on each of our teams. We strongly encourage movement to the team on which a rep can best perform and grow!

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships while providing world-class customer service
• Develop Industry knowledge and deliver persuasive communications
• Make outbound calls and follow-up contacts with current and prospective shipping businesses
• Accountability for hitting goals, targets, and performance
