We are currently seeking experienced, high-volume Recruiters to join our growing, dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Our field Recruiters are primarily responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy in their specific markets. They support hiring for high-volume site-based operations by screening, interviewing, collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating the new hire process.
Field TA team members work remotely and travel throughout their region (company car provided), working closely with site operation leaders to source, screen and hire production and supervisory Housekeeping positions.
- Minimum of 4 years of high-volume, fast-paced, multi-site recruitment experience. Previous staffing agency experience is preferred
- Available for overnight travel within region up to 50% of time
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to discuss recruitment metrics
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) language skills highly preferred
- Demonstrated job marketing, networking, and community-based recruitment expertise
- Experience with direct sourcing strategies including referral generation, online social networking, resume database mining and search engine sourcing to actively build candidate pipelines
- Must possess reliable home high-speed internet connection beyond that of a wireless hotspot
- Develop and execute market-specific recruitment plan to source both active and passive job seekers to meet the hiring targets for assigned sites
- Drive consistent high applicant flow utilizing varied sourcing strategies including: community-based networking, onsite job fairs, school/college relations, grass-roots marketing, online searches, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Source, screen and interviews candidates for site operational positions including: Housekeepers, Housepersons, Dispatchers and Supervisors
- Maintain online applicant tracking system (iCims), generate recruitment metrics and produce weekly activity reports to business leaders
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within assigned Region, including but not limited to hiring manager, senior leaders, community partners, and state/local agencies
