Currito, our fast casual concept serving our flavorful grain bowls, salads and real fruit smoothies with the freshest ingredients, is looking for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operation of multiple restaurants through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Regional Manager will act as a mentor for General Managers within their particular region. They are expected to routinely work shifts with their teams. This position is located in Cincinnati amongst our 8 Corporate Currito stores. However there is some travel associated with this position assisting in opening our out of town franchise locations. The Regional Manager reports directly to the Brand Managing Partner.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to,

· Overseeing and approving scheduling and training for all employees

· Overseeing inventory and approving all purchases for the restaurants, including management of food and beverage cost and maintaining the brand standard

· Ensure recipes are updated and adhered to the brand standard

· Responsible for the financial health of the restaurants

· Provides management operational support for the brand

· Coaching and development of the management team through formal and informal evaluations and other available coaching tools

· Achieving operational goals with food costs and quality, labor costs, service standards and guest satisfaction

· Monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards

· Implementation and management of all Thunderdome Restaurant Group’s standards and expectations

· Ensures exceptional service to our guests at all times in our restaurants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
