Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Regional Manager, the Regional Manager is responsible for leading and developing Field Talent and managing a Zone ensuring that all projects are staffed and appropriately executed. The Regional Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Account Training and Recruiting teams to ensure 100% execution of all client projects.

- Responsible for leading and developing Field Talent ensuring that all client projects are 100% complete
- Strategically staff projects minimizing travel expense and overtime. Maximize project margins by reviewing expenses and focusing on talent rates.
- Lead and manage a zone ensuring that all projects are staffed and appropriately executed
- Oversee staffing a Zone and provide guidance on calendars and budgets to staff projects. Ensure proper level of talent is engaged. Collaborate with Recruiting to fill open positions/locations.
- Report on staffing ratios, opportunities and risks by project, and completion rates weekly and monthly in cross-functional business meetings.
Build a Field Team that represents the Winston Brand.
- Staff projects with talent that reflects our brand image – ensuring projects are done on time and on budget by dedicated coordinators
- Provide timely feedback to Field Talent to improve execution. Identify, evaluate, and elevate talent to support “Field” succession planning
- Create a “Field First” mentality by engaging teams, celebrating success, and coaching opportunities leading to minimal field turnover
Complete projects in line with Client expectations.
- Collaborate with Account Training Managers ensuring training is clear, detailed and accessible
- Provide coaching and guidance as needed for execution issues and reporting challenges
Collaborate with leadership team to drive improvements and maximize profit on all projects.
- Provide insights on systemic and process opportunities in order to staff more effectively
- Communicate cross-functionally regarding the progress and completion of projects by zone
- Support Sr. Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations on all client, system and procedural projects
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-year degree; 4-year or advanced degree a plus
- 1-3 years of leadership experience managing a team of 2 or more within a wholesale, retail, or store organization
- Must be nimble and agile with an ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting new ideas in an organized and detailed manner. Strong interpersonal skills across a wide range of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Technologically strong with experience working in proprietary systems.
- Demonstrated experience in:
o Managing and leading teams

o Utilizing business metrics to deliver against financial goals
o Working in a cross-functional environment
o Influencing and negotiating to complete projects
