Benson House Inc. is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT) for Adult Residential Facilities in Hemet. This is for Crisis/EBSH homes for Adults with Developmental Disabilities.

AVALIABLE SHIFT

• AM SHIFT (6AM-2PM)
• PM SHIFT (2PM-10PM)
• NOC SHIFT (10PM-6AM)

Requirements for Benson House Inc.

• WEEKENDS REQUIRED
• HOLIDAYS REQUIRED

High School diploma/ GED required. RBT is licensure and preferably experience with developmentally disabled adults.

Applicants must have a current Registered Behavior Technician License and any of the following are desired:

CA DL - Required

DSP YR 1

DSP YR 2

CPI

Current CPR/ First Aid

This position will include but not limited to the following;

Constant Supervision of consumers needs

Assisting with meal preparation

Attending medical appointments with and for consumers

Conduct medical passing

Providing support and response to behavioral changes

Laundry

Cleaning and maintaining the homes as assigned by the house manager

Other duties assigned

• Caregiving: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
