Job description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse residing in Oahu, HI to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will be responsible for educating the patient and or their family in administering IV Antibiotics and managing their Vascular Access Device until treatment is completed. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and a well trained professional able to provide quality nursing care while following standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Home infusion training to patient and or family.

Manage Vascular access Device. (PIV, Midline, PICC, Implanted Port.)

Draw labs and monitor results and report to MD any abnormal finding, and follow doctors orders.

Maintain proper medical documentation for both quality of care and billing purposes

Receive phone calls from patients regarding infusion services and promptly facilitate the resolution of any problems. When necessary travel to the patient's homes to resolve any infusion related problems.

Monitor patient status and report to MD of any abnormal findings.

Experience:

1-2 year Medical/Surgical, IV experience as a Registered Nurse: Preferred.

Willing to train new graduates.

Skills:

Must be able to work well with a team

Organizational skills/ Multi-tasking/ problem solving

Knowledge of Nursing care standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
