Job Description:

We are looking for RN Supervisors to lead the way using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment while receiving supervision from the Nursing Management Staff.

Oversees and delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.

Assesses residents, makes observations and reports pertinent information about the resident's care.

Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response.
Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an educational program as a Registered Nurse.
1 year experience in SNF/LTC, preferably as a supervisor.
Current unencumbered license to practice the profession in the state.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
