- Supervise all staff and manage all resident care during shift.
- Must have long-term care experience.
- Responsible to promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area
- Directing and developing staff
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff
- Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

2nd Shift Supervisor - 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
