Kaua‘i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest multispecialty medical group. More than 90 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care, including cardiology, gastroenterology, health management, neurology, OB-GYN, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics and urology. Its mission is to create a healthier Hawai‘i and is dedicated to providing the Kaua‘i community with accessible quality health care at clinic locations in ʻEleʻele, Kapaʻa, Kōloa and Līhuʻe. Kaua‘i Medical Clinic also offers an Urgent Care Clinic in Līhuʻe that is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Sunday.
The ‘Ele‘ele Clinic provides family practice and internal medicine on the West side of the island. Family physicians possess unique skills and knowledge, which qualifies them to provide comprehensive medical care, health maintenance and preventive services to each family member. These specialists, because of their background and interaction with the family, are best qualified to serve as the patient’s advocate in all health-related matters, including the appropriate use of consultants, health services and community resources.
As the Clinic Registrar – Receptionist in our ‘Ele‘ele Clinic, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai‘i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program preferred. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
