Hargrave Contractors has been rehabbing homes since 2007. Our office is in Turnersville, NJ and we have projects throughout South Jersey. We are looking for a residential rehab specialist.

You will work on various rehab projects in all phases of construction. Our office staff works on purchasing homes, then you and the field crew empty (and sometimes gut) them. Then you get to work making them new again! The extent of the work depends on the house. Kitchens and bathroom are installed, light fixtures replaced, decks built or repaired, exteriors repaired or replaced, and the lists goes on. The houses are made market ready and once they have new life in them, they are sold for a new family to enjoy. If you would love to be a part of this process and have experience in residential construction, (must be able to participate in all phases of residential rehabs - from demo and roughs to finals and finish work) this job is for you. We do use subs for some aspects of the work.

You will need to be able to work independently and anticipate what materials you’ll need on site to keep the work moving forward. No one will micro-management you! You’ll be responsible to use Buildertrend mobile app to create daily logs and document your progress. Create a “to-do” on the app for office staff to order materials and have them delivered to the site, avoiding time wasting time making trips to Home Depot.

-A Valid NJ driver’s license and clean driving record is required
