Job Description


The Relationship Manager (RM) is actively involved in maximizing the lifetime client value with Curinos. The RM will work with the Sales Solution Expert/Client Manager (SSE/CM) to retain client partnerships and expand client wallet share across all the Real Estate and Consumer Lending Division solutions and services. The individual will be responsible for ensuring Curinos delivers a high-quality ‘Client-Centric’ experience to the assigned clients while partnering with the SSE/CM to develop an account-based strategy for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to provide support to the SSE/CM’s business development efforts
  • Assist, as appropriate, in handling operational issues that may include, for example, contracts, billing, and customer service.
  • Manage Salesforce updates and entry
  • Provide input into the Client Manager’s account plans and opportunity strategies
  • Execute and manage relevant portions of the account plan under the guidance of the Client Manager
  • Invest time in strengthening existing client relationships. Participate in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives
  • Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations and webinars
  • Leverage strategic alliances within assigned book of business and map out organizational structures and identify key stakeholders
  • Engage the relevant Curinos teams to help promote Curinos solutions and expand client wallet share
  • Participate, as appropriate, on internal or client-facing business review presentations

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • 2 years + experience in a client-facing sales, customer service, or relationship management role within the financial services industry
  • Exposure/experience in Consumer Lending including (e.g. Small Business and Unsecured Lending) is a plus
  • Skilled in Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to network and build deep client relationships, strengthening partnerships by focusing on exceptional client experience and linking value to the clients’ needs
  • Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral), and client management skills are essential; able to leverage a consultative approach to engaging with clients
  • Passionate about strengthening and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Comfortable engaging mid-level to senior level executives within an organization
  • Experienced working independently and collaboratively across the organization
  • Skilled at conflict/issue resolution, strategic and critical thinking, and ownership
  • Self-starter, goals driven team player who thrives in a high-pressure environment and seeks to perform beyond expectations
