Responsibilities:The Remodeler carries out structural alterations to an existing building, both in a residential and light commercial setting. Some of the jobs we do are:
- Drywall repairs and texture to match
- Finish carpentry – doors, windows, trim, baseboards, molding
- Exterior repairs – fascia, siding, soffits, fencing, porches, patios, decks
- Screens – screen repairs, screen porch build outs, screen porch conversions
- Bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Flooring – wood, vinyl, laminate, and tile
- General handyman, construction and punch lists
- Current Driver's License and Insurance
- Submit to a background check and provide references
- Own tools and a work vehicle
- Smart phone and access to the internet
- Experience of 7+ years in remodeling or home repair trades (3-6 trade skills)
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Estimating experience preferred but we will train the right person
