Job description
As a Window & Door Installation Manager on our Myrtle Beach, SC team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™. You will be accountable for overseeing your install team to effectively and profitably install our products.
The Installation Manager reports to the General Manager, and oversees the Operations team, including Installers, Warehouse Managers and Production Supervisors.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Develop Installation Plans to review with the General Manager; once approved, execute Installation Plans on-time and on-budget.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations, Pre-Installation Measurements as well as Safety Processes for all location operations.
- Learn of scheduled installation appointments and assign employees.
- Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees while staying updated on job completion status.
- Help complete installations as needed in order to take care of the customer in the best possible way.
As a Leader at West Shore Home You Will:
- Provide all employees with effective training in role requirements, working relationships, and company requirements and culture.
- Continuously improve the systems and processes used to deliver outputs.
- Interact with other company managers to learn how to support and improve the customer journey.
Minimum Role Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in the installation, construction, service, or home improvement industry
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
