Work from Home. Remote Dental Assistant for hire in Charleston, SC or near. Must be located in or near Charleston, SC for a couple weeks of in office training. We are looking to hire a dental assistant that has experience in approving dental impressions and will also be responsible for handling customer service calls and communications. Benefits are that you will work remotely from home and the hours are flexible. Work schedule will be incredibly low key from home, with Mon-Fri schedule, 9am - 6pm availability. Although the hours of availability will be from 9am - 6pm EST, you will not be working all those hours. As long as you can prioritize and manage your communication, you will not be expected to ever be at one place while you're working. So feel free to travel or do whatever you need to do during these hours except remember that when you are contacted by your supervisor or a customer, you'll need to be able to respond back right away. Your responsibility will be to approve dental impressions for Snap On Smiles by way of texting back and forth with customers as well as reaching out to new clients (by text) to help guide the patient through the impression process (using our messages by copying and pasting text of instructions). You also will be handling minor customer service issues that may require a phone call here and there. Final Salary TBD by experience, professionalism & personality. Minimum starting pay will be $500 per week plus commission structure to be discussed. Dental Assistant Certification or Registered Dental Assistant Required.
