- Use multiple web-based platforms to answer shoppers' questions

REMOTE RETAIL CSR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work different schedules (evenings and weekends)
- Must have highspeed internet (speed test required)
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have advanced computer skills
- Must have a dedicated quiet workspace
- Must be within 40 miles of Mobile, Al
