Who we are:

Once Upon A Storybook studio is an interactive, fairytale-style portrait studio in Round Rock, TX. Through our immersive portrait experiences and timeless heirloom fine art portraits, we create joyful moments that leave a lasting positive impact on the children and families that visit us. We create an immersive and interactive portrait experience that takes us out of the complicated world we live in and puts us into a magical adventure where we are lost in our very own fairytale story.

Our current fairytale experiences include the Magical Alicorn experience with Aurora the Alicorn, The Royal Fairytale Experience in the enchanted garden, The Dragon’s Hero with Indigo Moon the baby dragon, and The Real Santa Claus Experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Booking clients (this is where the sales comes in)
  • Responding to missed calls, texts, and emails
  • Using our tracking spreadsheet to record your activity on booking days
  • Managing our studio calendar
  • Calling potential clients to secure appointments for consultations, sessions and ordering appointments.
  • Developing and maintaining an active database on all leads, potential clients, and current/past clients in studio CRM.
  • Providing ongoing feedback/communication to management and other team members on the needs of clients to better ensure successful client interactions.
  • Building rapport with clients and maintaining a positive experience with them at all points of contact

Required skills:

Experience with multiple online platforms

Personable and outgoing. If you love people, this will be your jam.

Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm; hourly wage: $15/hour plus bonuses for meeting goals
