This resource will have demonstrated a masterful understanding of the recruitment process and have a proven successful track record of selling IT Staffing Solutions with a strong focus on hunting and developing new business.

This is a fully remote position. Competitive base plus commissions.

Job Functions:

• Identify, source, cultivate and retain customer relationships by using databases, social media, personal and professional networking, site visits, etc.
• Assess prospect customer qualifications as long-term business fits for our specialized, advanced recruiting model.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the client onboarding and recruitment process.
• Communicate and sell internally to the recruitment and leadership teams of a fast-growing, high-energy and agile tech recruitment group.

Ideal Candidate Qualities & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of full life-cycle IT staffing sales experience, ideally with recruiting experience
• No fear of the phone: dozens of conversations daily between prospective/new customers, active relationships, candidates and internal team members.
• Team-player mentality that is positive, adaptable, growth-minded and deeply invested in the success of our clients and candidates
