Position Summary:

Support the Field Service Managers and Field Service Engineers with administrative and reporting.

Essential Duties:

• Greeting and being the first point of contact for external and internal customers
• Opening and closing service calls for the field service team
• Work with customers to schedule and resolve issues
• Communicate updates via emails and text messages
• Support for Ultrasound quoting
• Work in a team environment that helps support the overall company missions and values

Education/Experience:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Some College preferred
