Job description
Position Summary:
Support the Field Service Managers and Field Service Engineers with administrative and reporting.
Essential Duties:
- Greeting and being the first point of contact for external and internal customers
- Opening and closing service calls for the field service team
- Work with customers to schedule and resolve issues
- Communicate updates via emails and text messages
- Support for Ultrasound quoting
- Work in a team environment that helps support the overall company missions and values
Education/Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Some College preferred
Competencies:
- Moderate to advance computer skills
- Candidate must be willing to be on call, this includes weekends and holidays.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Ability to share work among a customer service team
- Attentiveness and patience
- Time-management skills
- Ability to find the positive in any situation
