To help us achieve this we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

You are a recruiting expert who partners with internal and external stakeholders to identify, attract and recruit the best talents. You are an advocate for our brand and promote MOSTLY AI as the first choice for talents. With your creative, consultative and innovative recruitment approaches you fuel the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of top candidates worldwide
  • Identify and engage with top talents through different channels of sourcing (active and passive)
  • Conduct interviews together with the Hiring Manager community and consult them in the hiring decision
  • Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including salary recommendations and closing of candidates
  • Continuously improve the process based on candidate & hiring manager feedback
  • Be the ambassador of our Employer Brand and build with us the cornerstone of further growth
  • Reporting is a requirement but due to state of the art tools we will keep it to a minimum

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment in the tech industry
  • Experience in recruiting top talents across Tech & Non Tech departments
  • Experience & personal interest in AI and innovative tech solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Excellent command of English
  • Active sourcing and candidate engagement experience
  • Experience building an employer brand through state of the art recruiting marketing tools and strategies
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and improve own skills in areas where you do not have the most relevant experience
  • Highly energetic personality with a "can do/ getting things done" attitude
