We are looking for a senior level professional to join our team of professional drivers. The driver will be responsible for picking up and delivering semi-trailer trucks via a tractor trailer unit. A successful candidate must have extensive experience conducting a solo chair car operation, and we're looking for an experienced professional with a highly energetic personality who can quickly establish strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be 18 years old or older. Be a licensed commercial driver in the state you are applying to drive in.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Pass a DOT physical examination with negative results for illegal drugs, alcohol, and controlled substances.
• Determine number of stops to be made per shift by checking work order or call sheet.
• Choose route based on most efficient time frame available given current traffic conditions.
• Access company database to determine number of loads/unloads to be performed each day/week.
• Be familiar with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including hours of service regulations.
• Be able to pass all Federal and State testing for Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Be able to pass Criminal Background check.
• Have no more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years and no more than 1 major violation in past 3 years, if applicable.
• Be able to work unsupervised.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
