Job Title: Repack Worker

Job Classification: Full time, Regular, Hourly

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday start at 5am until work is completed. Saturdays start at 4am until work is completed, and off on Sundays; with Split days off.

JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Repack worker sorts and repacks produce. This position also assists with cleaning and maintaining the premises and other duties in the warehouse.

Primary functions:

1. Lift cases and segregate produce on table to get ready for repacking.

2. Sort and discard items and foreign matter.

3. Bunches, ties and trims produce.

4. Places produce in packaging, bags, cases and other containers.

5. Reports regularly to supervisor.

1. Ability to work in a team environment.

2. Ability to perform the primary functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• The employee is regularly required to stand and/ or walk for most of the shift. Employee must also sit and talk or hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• The employee must regularly lift, push and pull, and move up to 50 lbs.

Employee is required to stoop, kneel, or crouch and handle a hand truck loaded with cases
