We have the following shifts/hours available:

• AM Shift (Full-Time)
• PM Shift (Full-Time and Part -Time)
• Night Shift (Full-Time and Part-Time)
• Full Time/Part Time /PRN basis available

Resident Assistants perform a variety of tasks assisting with the care of residents that encourages them to maintain their independence, assist and guide residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as necessary and assisting with medication distribution. Resident Assistants must be able to work independently, using sound judgment with resident's personal and medical care activities, and housekeeping/laundry services. Communication and interactions with residents, families and other caregiving team members is an essential component of this position.

Experience and Training Requirements:

• CBRF/Assisted living experience preferred

• Must be English literate and possess the ability to understand and write English

• Passion to work with the elderly required
