• We offer a robust benefits package with a low-cost HSA plan for FT employees. PT employees are offered dental and vision.
• FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.
• PT employees are two weeks of PTO per year and have access to 3 days (24 hours) of PTO upon hire.

Responsibilities:

• Treat all residents and patients fairly, with kindness, dignity and respect.
• Demonstrate a passion for caring with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors.
• Answer resident call lights to address specific needs.
• Assist with serving meals in the dining room.
• Assist with general activities of daily living and accompany residents to various activities and functions.
• Demonstrate proper infection control practices/policies.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Assist ONLY in two person transfers or lifting with certified or licensed personnel.
• Must possess the ability and willingness to deal with other personnel, residents and family members.
• You'll conduct rounds to touch base with our residents and address any issues and concerns as they occur.
• Loop in our nursing staff as required.

Requirements:
Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
