Lifesteps, a Western PA non-profit agency, is immediately hiring three (3) full-time Residential Aides to provide assistance in a direct care capacity at our residential home in Plum / Penn Hills area of Pittsburgh. This meaningful career assists adults who have a mental health diagnosis with their daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, medications, goal attainment, community outings, and social skills.
The Residential Aide candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working with Mental Health diagnosed clients or with challenging or behavioral individuals.
The direct care position is Full-time, 40 hours per week, and works a schedule of both evenings and overnights. (If this schedule does not fit your needs, please call us to discuss our flexible schedule options, full-time or part-time.)

Position Requirements:

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
• 6 months minimum experience with Mental Health individuals
