Job Summary:

You would be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Adult Residential programs in Island and Snohomish Counties. These programs provide direct support to vulnerable adults.

You will be supervising Residential Managers, participating in leadership development plans, communicating with DDA, DCYF and/or RCS/APS You will be overseeing and participating in internal QA process. The right candidate for this position will very quickly grow within our company.

We are looking for a full time Area Manager in our Residential Service Area in to support our Island and Snohomish County programs.

Wage: $27.00
Program: 53
Locations: This position supports both Snohomish and Island Counties. Office space in either Everett or Oak Harbor depending on candidate location.

Shifts: Work schedule is typically Mon-Friday with a weekend on call rotation.

Qualifications:

  • Five years of successful full-time experience in a relevant field
  • Supervisory abilities that promote effective staff performance and relevant experience
  • Must be able to pass a full background and credit check

Licensing and Certifications:

  • Currently have, or within 30 days of being hired, CPR/First Aid license
  • Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination: this position requires proof of vaccination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social services or closely related field
  • Previous successful management experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
