Bidding Jobs
Estimating Jobs
Contacting GCs, maintain relationships
Going on job sites and taking roofing measurements
Managing multiple projects at one time
Collaborating with sales & project coordination teams
Experience:
Experience bidding, estimating and managing projects from start to finish
New/Re Roofing experience
3+ Years construction estimating experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Sharp written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Estimating Programs
Must be able to prioritize and move projects forward in timely manner
