Hephzibah Children's Association is a social service agency in Oak Park, IL with a variety of programs including our Qualified Residential Treatment Program, Family-Based Services and after school Day Care Program.

Hephzibah Home is accepting applications in our Residential Treatment Program for a Part-time Residential Counselor to provide care and supervision of the children.

Shifts are morning and evening on the weekends, Flexibility to work other shifts is desired

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

• Experience working with special needs children required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid IL driver's license and good driving record
• Experience with Medicaid documentation a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and visitors must wear masks, practice social distancing and regular hand washing. Environment is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oak Park, IL 60301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
