Sales & Service Technician

At Precision, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality workmanship, products, and customer service in the industry. We are currently looking for aggressive high energy self-starters to join our team as a Sales & Service Technician.

Love sales, customer service, and working with your hands but never worked on a garage door? Not a problem, we fully train you on garage door repair and enhance your selling skills. Come join our team and help us deliver on our promises to customers

Key Responsibilities after Training

• Participate in all company meetings and continuing education
• Run 3-5 appointments a day with some weekends and evenings
• Build rapport with new customers then diagnose door needs
• Look to repair a door the right way and for the long-term
• Follow up with customers not sold on the spot

Compensation Package

• $15-20/hr during training based on qualifications
• Hourly plus commission after training including overtime
• $60-$70k potential in first full year, Top techs are making 6 figures

Qualifications:

• Driven, Accountable, Self-Aware, and Mature
• Must be able to perform moderate to heavy physical labor in all weather conditions
• Enjoy working with your hands with some mechanical aptitude preferred
• Experience in a construction related field is a plus
• H.S. Diploma or GED, some college preferred
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License
