Sponge Boss is a new and upcoming residential cleaning business that takes pride in quality and thorough cleaning. Our goal is to make the lives of our clients easier and for them to look forward to us coming by to clean! We want to be the best! We want you to join us if you truly enjoy cleaning and are ready to be a star on a great team. We take care of those that work hard and pursue excellence! Work is only on weekdays. Weekend work will be an option in the future. Locations of houses we clean are mainly in the Fishers, Noblesville, & Carmel areas.

As a cleaning specialist, you will START off making $17-$20/hr. Evaluations are done every 6 months with the opportunity of a raise. We are searching for people with good attitudes, a great work ethic, and are willing to get the job done correctly. Follow the training we provide and there is no room to fail. We need you to always be on time and ready to work. There is a lot of independence and fun that you can have with this job as long as you are able to handle a lot of responsibility and always keep things professional! Duties:

-Dusting

-Cleaning bathrooms

-Cleaning kitchens

-General tidying of rooms

-Changing linens

-Vacuuming

-Sweeping

-Mopping

-Laundry (wash, dry, fold)

*All of the above vary from house to house

Requirements:

-Experience in residential cleaning

-Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

-Must be able to work in homes with cats and dogs

-Able to do repetitive amount of bending, squatting, and lifting of up to 30 pounds

-Able to work fast-paced

-Able to follow directions

-Can work efficiently and synchronically

-Can work well with coworkers

-Must have reliable work history

-Must have cell phone with internet and GPS

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
