We are hiring a Site Supervisor for one of our Residential Group Homes located in Warwick, RI. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence. As a Site Supervisor in our Residential Program, you will be responsible for:

• Protecting the rights and dignities of individuals with developmental disabilities and extending these rights and dignities to family members or guardians
• Supervising direct support professionals through modeling behaviors and providing feedback
• Assisting the amazing people we support with their daily living skills, routines, personal care, and activities as well as maintaining a safe and healthy home environment
• Ensuring policies and procedures are implemented correctly and the consumers served live valued and high-quality lives
• Participating in agency activities, serving on committees, and communicating the agency’s values and principles to others
• Providing program specific training to new and existing employees
• Ensuring compliance with participation in agency required trainings including Safety Care, CPR, and Medication Administration
• Performing all other duties as assigned by the Residential Director

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in supervisory role required along with excellent leadership skills
• 2+ years of experience in providing direct support to recipients of human services
• Outstanding customer service & quality improvement skills
• Computer proficient
• Must have flexibility to work shifts during the week and on weekends
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and current automobile insurance
• Access to a personal vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical
