Job description
Off The Hook Bar & Grill is hiring an General Manager (GM) for a high volume, fast paced, locally owned restaurant in Panama City Beach, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Evaluate/Improve operations and financial performance
- Supervise employees and training of all staff
- Ensure work productivity and staff development
- Responsible for all F&B ordering
- Responsible for P&L
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Ability to work well with others
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- BOH & FOH Knowledge is required
Salary Potential:
Salary with $50,000.00 plus
