Job description
Hands on Manager for busy restaurant in coastal down-east Maine. Manager will be responsible for oversight of schedules, labor and costs, inventory and day to day operation of the management. Cooking is required for this position as the Manager spends time training and working as a cook in the kitchen in addition to other managerial tasks.
Candidates must have prior experience in the restaurant industry including cooking and front of house responsibilities. We are willing to train the right person who has a background in cooking/kitchen and supervisor or lead experience.
