The Ugly Grouper is the place to be on Anna Maria Island! We are known for our great food, cold drinks, and fun times.
The Ugly Grouper is looking for someone highly motivated and customer service oriented to join the team.
Retail Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide supplies and support to all F&B staff.
- Maintain and clean all Service Areas and Floor
- Clean, set up and breakdown tables, trays and stations per Sidework sheets and SOPs.
- Constant checking, cleaning and maintenance of all Food & Beverage areas.
- Ensure guest tables and public areas are maintained at all times to Restaurant standards and expectations.
- Replenish side stations throughout service; supply and maintain condiments, etc.
- Assist the Barbacks in side work: including empty trash from bar and wait station areas.
- Complete all sidework duties per SOPs, including pre-shift, post-shift, daily, weekly and monthly duties.
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing and walking during entire 8-hour shift
- Be willing to submit to a background screen
