Job description

We are looking for an experienced Restoration project manager to oversee mitigation and restoration projects. You must have experience working for a Restoration Services company, specifically water/fire damage, mold, and sewage loss.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years in Restoration experience (water/fire, mold, sewage) - Not Rebuild

- Experience working in Dash and Mica or similar programs

- Lives within 30 miles from our Laguna Hills headquarters

- At least 2 years in Restoration Project Management experience

Duties include:

- Conduct and scope preliminary inspections

- Manage and supervise multiple jobs ranging from water, mold, fire and smoke damage and sewage

- Manage/direct the labor force for each job

- Coordinate and direct labor force to work fast and efficiently

- Teach/train newly hired technicians in mitigation and restoration work

- Complete all documentation, dry logs, photos and notes within the time frame required by each individual insurance carrier

- Contact each adjuster and/or vendor coordinator when starting a new insurance job to set expectations of scope of work and get approvals for any and all specialty equipment

- Schedule the start of each job, moisture checks and equipment pickups with the property owner or primary contact

- Provide complete scopes and complete estimates

- Travel to jobs or inspections when needed

- On-call after hours rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
