We are a reputable, Portland based, property restoration company specializing in mitigation, clean up and structural repairs for properties with damages caused by water, fire and storms, as well as exterior repairs, reconstruction and remodeling. We provide emergency mitigation and re-construction services throughout the Portland Metro and surrounding areas.
As a water damage restoration technician, you are a key team member responsible for the cleaning of personal contents and structures and surfaces that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris or other methods of damage.

Water Damage Duties:

Water Damage Duties:
- Responding to property damage emergency calls
- Water extraction and removal of water damaged materials.
- Move affected contents.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment.
- Application of antimicrobial products.
- Keep the job sites clean and professional.
- Attend all appropriate company meetings and company sponsored training sessions.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
- Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required.
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Vehicle general maintenance and cleaning.
- Facility janitorial work as requested.
- Assistance with Contents and Cleaning services as required.
- Being available for routine on call rotational emergency services and after-hours work.
- Participate in demolition, remediation, cleaning, packing, moving and being responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site.
- Ability to work safely in a construction environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift 50lbs or more.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
