Restorative Aide Responsibilities:
- As a restorative aide you will provide input into the development of restorative care programs.
- You will participate in care plan conferences.
- You will assist with nursing restorative interventions.
- You will help residents in maintaining, improving, and/or regaining their functional independence.
Restorative Aide Qualifications:
- Valid deemed nurse aide certification in the State of Illinois.
- No abuse records.
- Completion of restorative course within one year or knowledge of restorative aide functions.
- One year work in related field preferred.
