The Retail Brand Associate will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, meeting regularly with management, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to customers.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus improve through collaboration.

Retail Brand Associate Responsibilities:

• Participate in team-building exercises
• Networking and communication with other team members and marketing leaders
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and sales interactions
• Speak face to face with customers
• Stay up to date with client products, services, promotions
