East Coast REMOTE Temp to Perm

Vaco Boston has teamed up with our client, a superior, world class, Consumer Goods Company located in Framingham, MA. We have been asked to identify Floor Space and Merchandise Analyst. This person will work closely with the Category Management offering a strong level of exposure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-profile collaborative environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Works closely with the Assortment & Space Lead and Manager to prepare and analyze data and develop actionable business insights for presentation to Category Merchant teams, Category Directors and Merchandising executives.

• Identifies gaps and opportunities for process refinement.

• Proposes and coordinates value-add POG activities to improve process and deliver results to internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinates, validates and oversees assortment updates to master data, including new assortment creation, listing or delisting SKUs, to drive flawless execution within their team

• Independently manages, maintains and updates planograms for their respective category assignments

• Builds relationships with assigned merchants and provides strategic merchandising and assortment recommendations for their businesses to drive actionable insights

• Works cross-functionally to provide space and assortment data including, productivity metrics, SKU distribution information, steel elevation summaries etc.

• Provides inputs to larger-scale projects such as remodels and new club openings, updating floorplans, monitoring steel elevation changes and planogramming space

Compensation Summary

$25-$27 per hour commensurate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
