Our design team delivers stunning projects from conception to completion, while our shop team provides a one-of-a-kind retail environment assisting our clients in finding and styling pieces from our carefully curated selection of home decor, luxury bedding, custom rugs/furniture & more!

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, highly energetic individual who is comfortable engaging the public
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems (a plus but not required, willingness to learn required)
• Self-motivated, good communicator
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours

Responsibilities

• Provides an excellent level of customer service as a priority at all times by building customer rapport through conversation and providing detailed product information and recommendations
• Advising customers about member benefits, promotions, and sales
• Collaborating with fellow team members to maintains all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
• Work alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to help us elevate the customer experience
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to increase overall Customer experience
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify, communicate potential issues
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs)
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
