Paint Fusion PC is the only DIY Pottery Painting and Glass Fusing studio in Park City.

We are looking for a part-time assistant manager to oversee operations in our Park City Studio. Become a part of our team and enjoy the fun and uplifting atmosphere that comes from helping others create their own art. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing, booking reservations for parties, coordinating activities. Calling and sending emails to customers for events and or ceramic pick-ups. Help maintain an easy flow for our studio services. Keeping supplies replenished and inventory accurate. Help train staff to maintain an overall clean aesthetic in the studio. Oversee and instruct sales associates on the process and flow of ceramic painting and fused glass techniques. Occasionally help with packaging and shipping items.

Requirements:

· 1 year of management experience.

· Can do, cheerful attitude.

· Passion for art.

· Able to lead through example.

· Quick to observe what needs to be done.

· High school graduate.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal skills.

A BIG PLUS but not required:

· Live in or near Park City.

· Knowledge of proper glazing techniques.

· Loading, unloading, and operations of kilns.

· Up to date on current ceramic art techniques.

· Experience instructing people from all backgrounds.

The Studio schedule.

Monday-Saturday 11am-7pm

Sunday 12am-6pm

We offer very flexible Part-time hours, more hours are available during special events or activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
