Sales Associates Needed

Our Pie Ambassador position at Tiny Pies is responsible for providing legendary customer service as a sales associate in our shops. If you love baked goods, are passionate about great food, love working with customers and like to have fun then this is the position for you! Supplemental pay:

• Tips (average tips are $1.00-$3.00 per hour, highest during October, November and December)

Responsibilities

• Use your personality to drive sales at our stores
• Provides quality customer service, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
• Process sales transactions at the cash register
• Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

Job Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills, Motivational Skills, Results-Oriented, Sales Skills, Customer Service Skills

Requirements:

• No educational requirements
• Must be able to perform physical functions such as twisting, turning, bending and be on your feet for up to 8 hours or longer
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Food Handler’s permit

We offer health insurance benefits to full time team members after 60 days of employment

Full-Time Employees become eligible for one week (40 hours) of paid vacation after they have worked for Tiny Pies for twelve (12) months, PTO accrual begins after 90 days of full time employement

Full time employees have paid time off for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years
