Overview:

Lucky Feet Shoes is currently hiring for motivated Sales Professionals (Fit Experts) to service our customers with our top of-the- line comfort footwear and orthotics in our retail store located in a busy shopping Center in San Dimas. We are seeking people with a positive attitude, a passion towards helping others, the desire to learn and the drive to succeed! We help people live a better quality of life through expert shoe fitting! We are seeking full time only for this position.

A day in the life…

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions through seamless and friendly one-on-one experiences
• Demonstrate expertise in all selling processes used in the sales model
• Use Lucky Feet’s Core Fundamentals to provide a foot analysis and identify various customer needs in order to suggest solutions to those needs
• Inspire trust, teamwork and positive team relationships
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues
• Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as our Lucky Feet Rewards program
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs

Required Qualifications:

· 2+ years’ work experience in sales with a relationship selling focus.

· Passion for helping others.

· Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

• High energy, enthusiastic, and motivated demeanor.
• Performance driven and team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work a 30 - 40 hours per week as well as most weekends and some holidays. Hours of operation are M-F 10-7, Sat. 10-7 & Sun. 11-6.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
